USFL short ribs are the best! I first tried them as a steak club member, but since then have ordered them separately from the store a few more times, and they never disappoint. I usually smoke them on my pellet grill, low and slow, though one time I braised them which was great too. Incredible beefy flavor and texture both ways. I’ve also served these to tons of friends (one apiece is usually plenty as they are rich) who are always impressed. Highly recommend!
