This is 100% grass fed wagyu rendered trim fat. Can be used as an all purpose cooking oil.
Storage instructions: Tallow will solidify and keep at room temperature in a sealed container for up to a year and won’t go rancid. However, we recommend that you store your tallow in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life significantly!
